	The wrong size and model BMX was dispatched do to me. This was intended or my son’s Christmas present, so I had to rush out and buy something else to avoid ruining his Christmas. The correct bike was eventually sent and arrived early January, but no apology or explanation. Happy enough with the bike itself though.

	Ordered the item, but was not in stock (was aware when I placed the order). Said would be in on 05th Dec. Posted out to me 06th Dec. Arrived well packed, no problems and at the cheapest price I could find online. A very happy 7 year old on Christmas Day. Will definitely recommend to friends and used again.
